Stonewall Golf Course

 

Built an entire Turn-key Construction of 'top-100 ranked' world class private 18-Hole golf course with full practice facility located in Elverson, Chester County, Pennsylvania. On an accelerated schedule, performed all civil engineering, permitting, agency/township/PADEP approvals, earthwork, and complete construction of new 18-hole golf course with practice facilities, completed full Grow-in/landscaping of entire course, entrance roadway, parking facilities, and new on-site  sewer plant system.   Upon completion of golf course, proceeded  with design-buildout of the old stone dairy barns into full clubhouse facilities - including mens/womens locker rooms, bar, kitchen with dining/banquet area, meeting rooms, overnight accommodations, pro shop, Harry's Bar/Grill at the turn, and maintenance buildings.  Golf course construction completed for opening day - within 15 months of breaking ground.   Awarded first golf course project in Pennsylvania to be completed without a violation for storm water management practices during construction.   Under bid the competition by millions of dollars, and completed all golf course construction without one extra cost.
