Yoder Farm Development Project

 

Warwick Township, Chester County - Negotiated purchase of 120-acre farm from a National Builder while the site was tied up in a legal battle with Warwick Township over density issues.  Negotiated and received an accelerated or instantly Final Approved Plan (see settlement plan below) from a legal settlement (between township and previous owner) avoiding going through the usual development approval process. Designed plan for 26 new residential units (golf cottages) with 9 hole executive golf course and practice facility, plus country club facilities - tennis courts, swimming pool, spa, etc., and 30,000 square-foot retail/office space.
